Thought I was getting a room with a balcony, got one on the first floor with a window that didn't open, the toilet seat was the wrong size and not very secure, slid all over the place . At check-in there was six girls at the desk but only 2 checked people in, the actual had to be set at 65 the Obama even cool the room , the bathroom dorm is so heavy I could hardly open or close it. The restaurant offered a sunny brunch that ended at 10:30 and it took over 20mins to get a cup of coffee, at checkout I didn't feel anyone cared ... read more

The room smelled terrible. They had old air conditioners that you froze when they were on, and it had to get really hot in the room for it to turn on. When I went to shower, there was no hot water. Had to wait a half hour to get hot water. The shower head was horrible. No towel racks. Paid for a room with a king size bed, got to double beds. No one was around to valet park the cars. Would NOT stay here again!
