Glasses in the room still had lipstick on them from previous guest. Called down to the Front desk and I was told that he believes that they clean them.
Book room for wife birthday � to take her to the 90 Love � Concert. I call 8 am in the morning for early check in and was told that they had availability by Mr REENAE, gave him my name and info and he assured me that he placed a room on hold for me to check in early. So we left Tampa get there at 2:00pm and was told there’s no room on hold and it 3:45 and we are still waiting !!! If you need early check in, this is not the place.
Only got to stay there two due to hurricane Irma. Amazing bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! After reading some of the reviews online I made it a point to "look" for certain things, sorry couldn't find it because the place was cleaned spotless!!! Really hope the hurricane doesn't disturb this amazing place. The fee staff that I had interaction with were extremely helpful and polite.
