I had a blast, clean room, great scenery!
How horrible was this stay! No hot water, towels or shampoo. Rooms not cleaned....at all. No heat when it’s cold. When you have a problem it’s like dealing with a wall. God forbid you get a smile from someone at the front desk. Feed back is a gift and when you fail just apologize and learn from it. I will give props to the restaurant! The food was very good and service was amazing!

Try being more organised when the fire alarm goes off multiple times late on a Saturday night. What an absolute shambles. No guidance just utter chaos.

Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant on hand. Beautiful gardens and statues. Lovely shopping area just around corner.
