Terrible service, poor staff. Rude and inconsiderate. My daughter with down syndrome had an appointment today . We live 3 hours away. When we reached there we were told that appointment was canceled and they did not notify us. And were upset that we showed up, as if it was our fault. Explanation was,” well , if Dr is not here what would you like us to do? But make sure you show up for your next appointment.” Are this professionals ? Is this what we should look for? Very disappointing.

Sometimes you have the hardest time accepting your child has special needs... however at Shriners each child is treated amazing and you truely forget that your child has a special need. My child left feeling so confident that one day soon he will walk better! He left saying "Mom, I might not be able to be in the Army because of my diagnosis but Because of Dr. Brown and Dr. Davis I'll be able to stand a long time and be an awesome Chef!"
