I called on Wednesday to confirm that a vehicle I was interested in was still available. I was told by Matt that "without putting my hands on it" it was according to the computer. So I made an appointment to come and take a look at it the following day. Drove over 35 minutes to the lot to find out that A) It was Matt's day off B) The car didn't pass safety inspections. C) Matt is the sales manager which made A and B that much worse because he should have better customer service skills than that. Toby was super kind and helpf... read more
