2/29/2020 my husband and I bought a 2013 kia sorento for you guys. Before bringing the vehicle home, we asked for a few things to be fixed. Picked up the vehicle after being in the shop 4 days 3/3/2020 and drove it for 3 days, brought it back, still wasn't fixed. Then had the sorento from 3/18-4/28/2020 to fix the bad motor. Was excited to finally have my vehicle back and then not even 24 hrs later on 4/29/2020 it's dead in my driveway. I'm devastated! This is a nightmare.

After two weeks of exchanging paperwork and applications and a pre approval notice for my son, we drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle. The company had not even ran the credit before sending out the pre approval notice. Typical used car shady crap. Do NOT give these criminals a dime of your money. Pulled every RED FLAG move in the car buying book. Would not recommend this company or its sales team.

Save yourself the heartache. This place is nothing short of disappointment after disappointment. However, If you’re looking for a polished turd this is the place to go! I could elaborate but the list is too long. Those that work there already know, and those that have yet to do business with them, steer clear!
Y’all!! Chantel is so amazing! We walked in and she took great care of us from the beginning! She worked us a pretty good deal and even though it took some thinking outside of the box, we left with exactly what we walked in for! If you’re in the market for a new car make sure you come here and ask for CHANTEL as soon as you walk in!
