Big shout out to the service department. Getting my car back on the road thanks to Ms. Ciara Maddox
They sold me a truck that had an open recall on it and said the check engine light was fixed but I have had nothing but issues with it for the 3 months I have had it and I tried to contact them multiple time to see about bringing the truck back and getting my old truck back but no phone call
This place is a f——- joke! Took truck into them in November, it’s been there till tonight. They have made claims on my warranty but never fixed my truck. I made it to Casey’s around the corner. I had no choice to pick it up because I received a text from their service person that I if I didn’t bring their loaner back they were going to report it stolen. I am now in a tow truck being towed home. Be smarter than me...DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!!
