Great Management! I live on 83rd and Morgan with my 7 year old daughter for going on 3 years now. Great service and reasonable rent for a large 2 bedroom. Very nice neighbors because Shovers Realty really screens them. Once someone downstairs started causing disturbances and sort of went mental , they got rid of them in a month! They must be the angry people writing bad stuff because they got kicked out of a great building at a super low rent!
Great experance My roommates and I lived downtown near MSOE. Huge spacious apartment at a reasonable rent and great service. We took care of the place and got all the security deposit back. I moved to a 1 bedroom that Shovers Realty manages.
Very satified I live in a building Shovers Realty manages in Greenfield Wisconsin. In the 4 years I have been here the rent has been cheap when ever I needed anything the service department was right there. Nice neighbors are a plus
Very happy here We live near Brady St and just renewed for another year. Below market rent and fast service with maintenance requests. Couldn't be happier
Great Apartment & Service My experience like my neighbors in Greenfield Wi on 61st and Coldspring find the service very acceptable. They always have service person around maintaining things. There rent is below market for the large 1 bedroom with a porch and central air conditioning. I took a job in another city and had to move. Got my whole security deposit back. but on the other hand I didn't tear up the place. Good people to deal with!
Horrible experience The apartment was so so, but the service was really bad. After I complained about heating (<65F), they dealed with the complain in several weeks and lied to me that they had adjusted the heating controller. I complained several more times, they came again and put second screens for the apartment and left, for sure, nothing improved.
