Great deal in Greenfield Just renewed for another year. I just love my 1 bedroom with heat and a porch. Rent has stayed stable for 3 years now. Wonderful service when ever needed, I forgot underground parking to all for the mid 500's. The other occupants are all nice people. Great job Shovers Relty

Nice people to deal with! Over the past 4 years I lived in 2 great apartments managed by Shovers Realty. 1 near MSOE and the other in Greenfield. Always good service and got all the deposit back. If I ever move back to Milwaukee I know who to call, for a super deal on a apartment.
Read This I live in a townhouse managed by Shovers Realty over 4 years now with my wife 2 children. Reasonable rent and great service. A couple of days ago I ran into a old neighbor that used to live in the building. They always had parties and parked up the whole parking lot. A few of us complained and bingo, it seemed like in a couple of weeks and Shovers Realty got rid of them. Great place on the River My girlfriend and I have lived on North Cambrige overlooking the river for 3 yeas now. Shovers Realty service has been great, always there when needed. Reasonable rent and nice neighbors. We are very satisfied here. I just wanted people to know.
