Nice people to deal with! Over the past 4 years I lived in 2 great apartments managed by Shovers Realty. 1 near MSOE and the other in Greenfield. Always good service and got all the deposit back. If I ever move back to Milwaukee I know who to call, for a super deal on a apartment.

Great Experience Ive lived in this complex for the last few years and weve had a great experience so far. We never had any major problems because the maintenance team was always there for support. Daniel and his team are doing a wonderful job.
The whole staff was very responsive Daniel was very thorough in explaining the paperwork in detail when I was renting the condo. The whole staff was very responsive and have handled all aspects of the rental making the experience totally stress free for me. Highly recommend!
