Terrible service – As we entered and told the lady at the front we had a party of 8 she gave us an ugly face first. 2nd when we went to the upstairs patio we had to wait 20 minutes before we got noticed. People that came after us got served before us. Later on in the night our waiter was pretty strange and did a bare minimum of his job. We were excited about checking this place out but I'm pretty sure we won't come back.
Avoid most nights – I went to Shout for the first time and was highly disappointed. The server was so busy she forgot our food. After running a food and drink tab with an African American waitress she seemed to have been reassigned to another table. Not happy with the switheroo we insisted on our original waitress. Minutes later we were told that a party had rented our booth and we needed to get up. Before we could pay our bill, we had about 5 huge security guards standing around our booth....not sure if it was to ensure pay... read more
This place blows – Want to get ripped off and eat at the worst place......ever? The food is too trendy and the service is subpar. The flavors seem to run together and do not have the appeal needed for repeat business.

LOUD but fun – Four of us ages 24-44 went for a birthday celebration. We had reservations and were seated quickly. An employee we passed said 'welcome', which we thought was nice. Our waiter was very friendly and just full of information especially when I asked if some of the dishes were tapas sized, and he gave me quick history lesson on tapas. No wonder they call it SHOUT! – I couldn't be heard unless I SHOUTED! I went to shout to celebrate my b-day w/6 close friends. They sat us next to a party of 35, 21 yr olds, so needless to say, my friends and I were not able to socialize or hold a conversation. We were completely forgotton b/c of the large party next to us. Do I have to 'SHOUT' it out?? – First of all, for all those who have said something negative about this place, must be homebodies, or just insociable. Not only is the decor beautiful, the atmosphere and lighting is romantic in itself. Chef Ian Winslade's menu is so diverse, absolutely everyone can be satisfied. Great meal on a weeknight;) – I was staying at the Sheraton on a Wednesday before the Atlanta Marathon/Half Marathon and wanted to find somewhere to grab some carbs. I walked around Colony Square and bumped into this place literally by accident. I ventured inside and found the circular bar and grabbed a bar stool. All I can say is AWESOME! – Tom has done it again! With the help Of Dave A, David and Tim! This place is is by far one of my favorites. Everyone is very friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is amazing whether you want it to be a romantic dinner for 2 in the Cabana or a group of friends. In any of the Here to Serve Restaurants ie Prime, Twist, Goldfish they have the best Sushi in Atlanta!
