WARNING!! WORST SPOT IN ATLANTA – I tried to do some research before deciding to host a birthday event at Shout. I read a review from September, but assumed things would have gotten better since then. My friend called & made reservations. We were a bit late getting there & a few of our friends cancelled at the last minute but most of our party were there. We too, had the terrible, lack of a waiter Ricky. DISAPPOINTMENT – Where can I start we made a reservation prior to saturday night, and still had to wait for a table. Our waiter Rick was awful forgetting things and charge one of my friends card 3 times. It was a birthday event we brought our own cake they must have placed it in the freezer because she couldn't even cut into it after they brought it out. Best People Watching – I like both Twist and Shout for the food, cocktails and the beautiful customers. This is a very trendy restaurant.
Very Trendy and Ecclectic – I threw my 30th birthday party at Shout on 6/28 and had a great time. I had a party of about 30 people and had made the dinner reservation about a month before the event. I was helped by a woman named Paula who made sure everything was taken care of. She was courteous and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Not worth it. – Service was terrible and the food was terrible. Drinks were okay and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered the Mahi Mahi- it looked disgusting and tasted awful. Even our salad was pre-made and tasted as though it had been sitting around for awhile. Very disappointing.
Small portions – I went there for dinner and the portions were real small but the prices were big. The food wasnt even that good. Wouldn't reccomend this for a dinner spot.
Not like the pictures – I went to Shout for a bachelorette party on a Saturday night. It started off bad when we had to wait to be seated after making reservations nearly a week in advance. 10 friends of mine made reservations for 10:00pm....we were seated at 10:40pm. Apparently a lot of prom kids were there so they were behind. So we were seated in a private area with another large party there for a birthday. Great Food! – Shout provides customers with a variety of items to choose from with their ecclectic menu. My roomate and I go there every Tuesday because it is half price bottles of wine!! The atmosphere is very unique and the rooftop patio is one of the best in the City. However the service at Shout tends to be a little on the slow side so if your in a hurry- you may want to go somewhere else!
