I didnt buy my car there but get recalls fixed.They are always happy to help.I get treated like gold.Yesterday I got a recall fixed and had them flush my radiator. I was surprised they got me in and out so quick.

I noticed a screw in my rear passenger tire yesterday. Was driving to Granbury and pulled into the service drive at Mike Brown Hyundai. A service advisor named Lee waited on me immediately. Within 30 minutes, they had fixed the tire PLUS washed and vacuumed my 2013 Acura. Apparently the new management team here really knows about customer service!!! These folks are GREAT!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Not impressed with their service department. In February I took my car in for squealing belts, rough idling, and a burned out headlight bulb. I asked that they check for anything else that needed work also. It took 8.5 hours and around $500. Five days later the headlight bulb burned out again and I replaced it on my own. I can't seem to get a refund for that. The belts are squealing worse than ever and my car keeps dying if I idle too long. I've been calling for weeks and weeks.
