I had to take my car to the service department for an issue with my door, I have two children under 2 and Chance was so helpful with helping me get them transferred to the rental and was so patient with me. He found out I had 2 days left on my warranty and was able to get it fixed the same day. Thank you for your assistance and courtesy!
Mike Brown Hyundai Service department has forever lost my business. They intentionally tried to convince me I needed a new battery on my car when their was absolutely nothing wrong with the one on my car. I let their service drive where they claimed to only be able to start my car by jumping it off every time and went to AutoZone less than a half mile down the road. Got oil and filter changed today. Also, got first scheduled service which among other things rotated tires and other things. I thought it would take a while but they were very nice and efficient. All was done in less than 30 mins and I was out of there. Happy to have this excellent service locally.
