RecommendedDrove to the new location and it didn't disappoint! As always, the BBQ was delicious and the service was great. Owners are top notch folks and are a true blessing. If you like BBQ, you need to visit Shorty's.. :)
Today I visited their Seagoville location for the first time. Not only was the brisket to die for, and the potato salad well above par, but the Lady who was chopping up the meat was extremely friendly, and gave me an individual serving of, hands down, the best beans I've ever tasted. All because I was wearing my veterans hat. I had to let my wife have a taste of those magnificent beans, and well, she stole them lol. This is my new FAVORITE BBQ joint. Thank you Shorty's

The chopped brisket sandwich is one of the best I've had in a long time the sausage and the chicken were good ..I wish you guys had some ribs ready I bet they will be good too!🙄 I will be back!

We’re OTR truck drivers and Shorty’s has the best BBQ in all of Texas! We make it a point to stop every time we are that way!! Highly recommend the Zombie sandwich!! Mouth watering deliciousness!!! We love Shorty’s!!!!
