I've been coming here for 2 years with my cats and my husband and I are thrilled with the exceptional service. The vet listens to your concerns and educates you so that your pet receives the best care. The staff including receptionist, tech, and vet are all wonderful and nice, they truly love animals, and I love it when my kitty gets extra kisses from them.
We had to put our dog to sleep. They were very nice and understanding

I have been coming here for 9 years now. 2 bad experiences in all those years one of which I can't blame them for. Absolutely amazing staff. Saw Brandy a couple weeks ago when i was there after not seeing her for a very long time but she called me by name. Costs, to me, seem to have declined. As my babies age, I will continue to remain a patient/customer of Shores!!! Only wish they moved a little faster, but the techs and vets don't rush with you.
