Our dog Nala loves her vet and as a new dog owner with many questions they are very good on helping us on how to train our dog. We had a little hiccup with boarding but Brandi did a great job assisting us with that issue. Thank you for everyone at shores for there compassionate care for Nala and loving attitude.

After years of great service, I have to say that after 3 visits for the same problem, the vet suggest behavior, to now find out that my cat has a quarter inch sized kidney stone. IMO, a munchkin can't get that overnight, but according to the vet it's possible. I totally feel misled in order to fork over money in the near future for a needed surgery. To all my animal loving friends and colleagues at Shands ED/ Hospital, I will definitely suggest somewhere else. Not to mention that nothing but a discount on an x-ray was offere... read more
Been using Shores for a very long time, love the staff. However, be sure to check what you are bringing home and charged for ... I had a box of probiotics that wasn't used or needed - just an extra $33.00 that I could not get refunded due to a law of returning meds....even tho the box had never been opened or tampered with... not happy about that. Not needed, not given and the dog is just fine.
