Very professional and amazing staff
Even during Covid, I have had the same great service, which I have received since 2002!
Shores took excellent care of my very sick puppy. The office staff even submitted my pet insurance (trupanion) claim and it was immediately approved. That same staff member went above and beyond and submitted my claim from the UF emergency vet from the previous night so that it would get processed faster. I highly recommend Shores for the quality of clinical care and professionalism and kindness of all staff.
This is a wonderful group of people and doctors. I have confidence in this practice and recommend them highly.
Shores Spa is NOT for cats!!! Took my cat and finally came for her after 6 hour, when no one called me!!!! I was told “she didn’t want to be bathed”. Amazing, they ask for permission from the animal? When I picked up the the employee told me at least her nails were clipped. Got home, guess what, that was not even done. I was so angry, could not calm down to call back. Just lesson learned!!!! If you love your cat, don’t take her there.
