This place is under investigation by Beaches and Harbors, the State Department of Health and Federal OSHA. This is not a community of tenants but rather a hotel and Airbnb facility. Much better choices if you want to live in the Marina.

We looked at many different apartments in the area and are very happy with our decision so far. Bad bad bad, this is Ghetto! Truly one of the worst living experiences I have had in my life. The management shows no concern when coming to them with issues, instead they treat you disrespectful and very rude. Someone should teach them how to treat valued customers!!! They have caused actual damage to my personal property. Mail constantly has been stolen out of my mail box, they don’t care. Packages dropped on floor and stolen, not their problem. This is literally the worst place you could possibly live! The team @shoresmdr would prefer not to inconvenience the individual who is breaking policy instead the staff would rather be rude to the tenant who lives there for a long time and obeys the rules...would recommend living elsewhere due to the lais·sez-faire attitude of the staff in resolving issues for the tenants .
