They seen my son right away!!! We were in and out in 35 mins with meds and everything
Very understaffed out of pillows, blankets, alarm won't stop going off the nurses saying it's because I'm moving my arm now a new nurse came in and four times got it off the alarm and it started going off on its own without me moving out my arm with them watching now 5 times so for three and a half hours this alarm is not stop supposedly because I was moving my arm .and now it's proving that I wasn't moving it the TV isn't working I took the batteries out and put them back in so now it works could not find pillows to prop my... read more

Sensitive, warm, caring, and most respectful ... all of 20 staff members. My surgeon was Dr. Tracy Ng, who is the most competent orthopedist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
My only complaint was how loud the music was in front. Turn it down. And I'm deaf:) Other than that, everyone was great and I was treated very well. Thank you very much
