Just moved in two months ago and I am in heaven! Our apartment is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Had a problem with our heater that was fixed immediately. Grounds are beautiful. can't say enough wonderful things about this place.
My husband and I just moved to the area a few months ago and we love living at shoreline apartments! The staff is always very nice and helpful. The area is beautiful! It's a walk away from mount Trashmore. We love the apartments in general. Very cozy for our family :D (the two of us and the dog) and it's also walking distance to the grocery store and other shops. Definitely 5 stars�
My husband found a sweet dog outside in our parking lot around midnight last night. She has a large pink collar on with no tags, and knows all kinds of commands. Very sweet and not as scared now that she is inside. Please share this around so we can find her home! She also has a large scar above her right eye. I have lived her for six months and management is excellent and timely in fixing things. I have also lived at a sister property and all of their properties are well maintained with good staff. The environment is quiet and conveniently located to stores and Mt Trashmore. I would recommend it.
Enjoying every minute in this quite full of colors neighborhood. Tenants are so friendly and there no words to describe our new manager Maria Sanchez. Always willing to help and with such warmth in her smile. Also our needs have been taken care of , by the stuff, in no time at all. Thank you for making us feeling so welcome, shoreline team!
I have lived at Shoreline apartments for almost a year now and I have not one complaint. This is my first rental experience coming out of college and it has been amazing from the seamless move in process, maintenance quick turn-around time, and the friendly staff! I would recommend this property to anyone. And another icing on the cake is the close proximity to everything you need/want and not to mention the rewards for renewing ! Overall , I enjoy living here and plan to stay for awhile.
We love living at Shoreline. They have a wonderful, friendly staff. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and Mt.Trashmore activities. Perfect view of Fourth of July fireworks! Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
We love living here. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, the maintenance staff responds quickly to calls and the ladies in the office are always helpful. The proximity to services and shopping is excellent, even walkable in some cases. It's right next to Mount Trashmore park, which offers different events in warm weather and features a 2 mile long walk/run track, exercise stations, and picnic areas. Shoreline apartments has much to offer.
