RecommendedWe are enjoying our second time living at Shoreline Apartments! The office and maintenance staff are incredible. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an enjoyable and laid back place to live close to Town Center and with our own access way to Mount Trashmore!
We just got keys to our new home! This is my second time living at Shoreline and I know that this second time around will be just as enjoyable as my first! Both the maintenance and office staff are incredible people! I would highly recommend living here!
My husband, infant son, and I have lived at Shoreline for about 6 months, and we love it! It's quiet, peaceful, and clean. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to our questions and requests. Shoreline is also in a great location - we love walking to Mount Trashmore, Food Lion, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Plaza Azteca. The rent is also fair for what you get, and we're super excited to enjoy the pool this summer!
I miss Shoreline Circle! I LOVE THE MAINTENANCE!!!
Loved this place. I stayed here in 2016. If I had an issue maintenance was always on it. Leasing office staff were always nice and helpful. Literally the only thing I can think of was the annoying and aggressive ducks lol. Very quiet neighborhood and central location for almost any place the average person goes to. There was one incident where some teenagers were vandilizing cars but it didn't last. The grounds are nice and well kempt. The sq ft is tight but it was perfect for just my son and I.
