The reasoning for 2 stars is because of the staff NOT because of the optometrist. We saw dr palmer and she is amazing. My husband accidently threw his last pair away last night and didnt realize until this morning. When we called to make an appointment we also asked if we could get a trial pair or a close prescription to last until the appointment and we have a wedding that my husband is in tomorrow we have to be to.
