Dr. Is great and very thorough. This is the only reason I continue to go here. The front staff is lacking Knowledge and professionalism. I had a short, heavyset, middle aged ethnic lady with a hoop nose ring assist me. She was clueless when it came to answering any questions . Not sure if she just wasn't interested in helping or really was that Clueless. I see another Review with essentially the same feedback. I would suggest ShopKo be a little more selective on who they are hiring. It really was a laughable experience.
Bonnie was great, didn’t really like the new layout of the office. Confusing on either to sit or go up to the front desk.
