I do not even know where to start with how horrible this place is. I bought a suppressor from these people and after a few years of waiting they refused to give me a refund. Then a few years after that they called me to finally get my suppressor but would not give it to me unless I brought my rifle in for a "test fit" which is rediculuos. Finally after seven years George called me to pick up my suppressor because the ATF did an audit and asked him why I never got the suppressor. I would like to thank the owner for giving my son and I a full walk through of the store. He explained each of the weapons and answered our questions. Very polite and helpful. We were just killing some time (so to speak) and rolled in. I will be doing business here. Thanks again.

Sorry to say that after 7 attempts, I have been unable to get either a product or a refund. George could not make the original delivery date as promised so I waited an additional 12 months. I also sent him a polite written request for a refund. He has refused the refund during my visits to the store; he did not respond to my written request. I am out about $375 from these folks and they don't really seem to care. Though George and I have a failed busineess relationship it is important that people know the truth about his care for his customers. We had a business to business relationship that failed. However, having spent time with him and having watched his handling of customers, I have nothing but respect for the man. I have personally seen him working until 1 or 2 in the morning on numerous occasions. And I have spent time with him while he serviced the orders of customers and spoke with them about their needs.
