Great atmosphere and great service
Staff should be more educated on food allergies, specifically related to cross-contamination. I informed one of our servers that I had Celiac and needed a gluten free meal, with precautions against CC. During the salad course, i was brought a salad with croutons on it and asked if I would like to try the cheesecake dessert and just "eat around" the cookie layer.

We stayed at the Craddock Terry Hotel for our 46th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Shoemakers American Grille. We are both dealing with some special dietary issues, which wasn’t an issue here. We had the pan-seared scallops with bacon, which was amazing, crab bisque soup, and entrees of crab-stuffed trout and blackened salmon. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
