I visited Dr. Shaw"s office for a consultation, and was treated very well by the doctor and his staff. What was supposed to be a simple consultation, turned into a litte bit more. The whole team went WAY above and beyond any expectation to make sure I was taken care of. I will be strongly recommending SCPG

I was taken promptly. X-rays and cleaning were done expeditiously. I particularly appreciate the hygienist taking the time to make additional comments/clarifications about the treatment plan recommended.

Dr. Shaw was giving me a second opinion and I was impressed that he spent so much time with me. The problem with my other dentist is that she never asks questions, just makes assumptions, Dr. Shaw impressed me as being a good listener. His office staff are friendly and efficient.

My family has gone to Dr. Shaw since he opened his practice a while back. While some dentists might have a "one size fits all" approach to dentistry, Dr. Shaw treats each patient as an individual, making sure he understands their needs. His front office staff is very welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere, which is important for a trip to the dentist. Moreover, each employee in the front office is very knowledgable themselves.
