Professional, patient friendly.
Their dental hygienist is very thorough, detail-oriented and has very gentle, light touch when she's cleaning your teeth. She is very positive and energetic, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable very quickly. Dr. Shaw listens and communicates well, is honest, and does excellent work. He also has a very gentle, light touch when he's working on your teeth. Their office is clean and comfortable. The staff are efficient and personable. Appointments are on time and parking is easy.
Staff is always so positive and genuinely glad to see me. The team is very coordinated or responsive from start to finish. They make going to the dentist a good experience.
Due to a lifetime of dental issues, I was looking for an experienced dentist who could address all of my issues. Due to years of crown replacements that were not aesthetically pleasing, I wanted to get my smile back to the look before I had so many crowns. Patient, on time, friendly, a good experience
From greeting to leaving everyone at Shoal Creek is so kind & helpful! Dr. Shaw has a great chair side manner and he does a wonderful job both listening to our concerns, and explaining and discussing treatment options so that we can make informed decisions. Christina is also very good at helping us understand the financial side of the treatment options. We just can't say enough about how professional, while also warm & welcoming everyone is at this top-notch dental clinic.
Great team! Excellent care. Dr. Shaw and his team do an excellent job of taking care of patients. They are also accommodating with emergencies. Lived in Austin for decades, went through a few dentists, found a keeper. The most up do date equipment used. Lidocaine instead of Novocaine - much better.
