Staff is always polite, professional, and helpful. Dr., and PA are patient, listen and always ask if I have any questions. Visits have never felt like they were rushing to get me out. I have always been seen right at my appointment time.
Doctor and physician assistant seem knowledgeable, good experience with the doctor overall. They take the time to explain things. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk/reception staff has been frustrating. There have been several occasions where I have had an important question or concern that needed to be relayed to the doctor. I have been searching for a new primary physician. I just had my new patient/establish care appointment and Dr. Mohtashami was wonderful. She was kind and listened to my concerns, family health history and ordered bloodwork that matched my concerns in addition to routine bloodwork to review at my upcoming physical. Her staff was kind and welcoming as well.
Dr. Mohtashami is beyond amazing! She is an excellent physician who truly listens to her patients. I could not be happier with the care and compassion she has shown my mother. Definitely a 10 star doctor!!!
Monique and Megan are great always helpful and with a smile. Dr Mohtashami is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your issues. I am very pleased with the whole office since coming over from a different Dr. I highly recommend them.
