This was an annual visit. The check in registration and wait time in the outer office was less than 10 minutes. The nurse handling weight and testing was friendly, kind and kept me abreast of the doctor’s e.t.a. As always, all bases were covered with in-office lab test and scan. Dr. Maralani conducted a thorough exam and helpful suggestions moving forward. Forty-five minutes seems a reasonable amount of time including check-out. Highly recommend Dr. Maralani, her staff and this location.
Everyone was patient with me and helped me in every step. The doctor was able to relate with me by sharing the fact that she has the same experience.

She was very methodical. She reviewed my complaints and then examined me. She then came up with the treatment plan and reviewed it with me to see if I was agreeable. She took her time and there was plenty of time for questions and she answered all of them. It was a very productive visit.
It was a great visit. It was nice to have a physician that really heard what my concerns were!!
She keeps you waiting at least 1 hour in the lobby and another half hour in the room. She does not listen nor is caring. I had to leave 4 voice mails and 2 emails to get a generic script which did not work for me. She postponed twice on me and it takes 6 weeks to get an appointment. She ran numerous tests and suggested an implant which may or may not work. For 30 years of experience in the medical profession, I do not trust her. I had a scheduled call for 8:10 am and of course no call. When I called the office they made up some lame excuse that her schedule got all messed up and can she call me after 5; it would have been nice to receive a call from them first explaining this !!
I can’t describe how badly I was treated by this doctor. This is a warning for people, this woman appears nice on the outside at first, but if you take just a tiny closer look, you’ll see a monster underneath it all. Front desk was nice and helpful, a little unprofessional in a general sense, but overall ok. It’s just Dr. Maralani that is the BIG issue.
