I have been taking a friend to see Dr. Maralani for almost a year now. Everytime, we have had to wait a minimum of 90 minutes before moving from the waiting room to an exam room where we waited a minimum of a half hour before Dr Maralani saw us. We asked the scheduler if the doctor triple books, and she said, Yes! She said we could schedule as third for a specific time, on a specific day. From the moment I walked into the office to the last steps out the door, it was nothing short of a horrible nightmare. The ladies behind the desk were the most unprofessional I have ever seen. They put me in a room to wait for the Dr. & it was 55 minutes later before she walked in. First thing out of her mouth was "Have I ever seen you before"? No, it was my first (and last) visit. Concerned and caring. Sometimes long wait times, but she will take the time to explain procedures and answer your questions
I’m happy that was referred to Dr. Maralani. She has taken swift action to take care of my issue. She took plenty of time to explain what was happening and is very personable.
Very clean office. On time visit. She listenes to your questions and gives you professional advice. She gets you in, does her job and gets you on your way while taking note what is important and tells you how things are going. ????
Wow, I read these reviews and it’s amazing that it is the wonderful doctor I’ve been seeing for years. She saw me through some tough times with concern, care and a great deal of kindness. Her assistant was on top of everything, I have only good things to say about my experience
Dr. Maralani was excellent on the 1st two visits but the last one was extremely rushed. After waiting 1.5 hours to see her, she spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me. She actually went to get some paperwork and never returned. I like her but doesn't seem to care.
It was the most unprofessional visit I have ever experienced. I waited in the room 1.5 hours after waiting in the lobby for 40 mins. Then nothing was done. Meds were suppose to be prescribed and they were not, had to call and when they finally called in the prescription I was not informed. Needless to say I found a new urologist.
Worst experience have ever had with a physician! Dr Maralani was rude and dismissive, she was in such a hurry to get out of the room that we did not have the opportunity to tell her what my mom’s symptoms were in detail or what has been happening. We were so upset by the time we left the appointment that we decided that we would NEVER be back. We’ll find another doctor, nothing is worth this kind of treatment by a so called professional
