Dr. Maralani is very professional, experienced and a very warm person. She is easy to talk to and provides excellent feedback.
She's is terrible, only interested in getting another proceedure on resume, consistently late.refuses to call patients back,and very easily annoyed if you are not in agreement with her decision. I got the feeling that I just couldn't trust her.the way she treated me was inexcusable. I would never refer anyone to her. She is the example of why many people can't trust doctor. She also cancel my surgery and never bothered to inform me.
I LOVE Dr. Maralani, I have been with her for 17 yrs dealing with Kidney Stones. She is very patient and empathetic. I have recommended her to many friends and family, my husband even sees her and when I need to be seen by a dr. I will usually wait until I can get an appointment with her.
Although this doctor may be ok, her staff is rated as a ZERO. They cancelled or rescheduled me three separate times in 2013. Then they called and sent me a letter asking me to reschedule!!!! This is December of 2015. I rate this Michigan Institute of Urology as a zero as well.
