Very nice, she is thoughtful, explains your visit, the assistants are very nice, I would definitely recommend your office
Very unprofessional. Was not taken on time for my appointment. Can hear the workers saying the doctor is not even here yet. Doctor Mirlani was rushing through my appointment. Did not ask me if I had any questions or did I understand my next steps in treatment. She even chuckled at some things I said that were not a laughing matter. The way she left the room with her laptop and said see you in 6 months and walked out, never had a doctor be so rude and unprofessional. I will be finding another urologist.
I always believe that the front office and assistants set the tone of the visit because they are the first you meet before the Dr. And everyone in this office is very pleasant and as a patient I felt very comfortable. The Dr herself is friendly, explained everything, and asked appropriate questions and really listened. I felt totally at ease. I didn’t feel rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Dr.
I brought in my 85 year old mom for an URGENT issue. Waited weeks for the appointment.She left with ZERO care, have to wait WEEKS for an ultrasound and another week to see a nurse practitioner to read her the results. So here I have an 85 year old mom, still suffering through the holidays when a better course of action could have been laid out at the time of appointment. Ridiculous. Zero compassion.
Greeted and was checked in quickly.
Dr Maralani has the best bed side manner and is always looking out for what’s best with the patient. Hands down wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care I need.
Treated me as an equal.
It seems the problem might be something that I have lived with for the past 50 years
My current issues were addressed thoroughly and a plan of treatment worked out.
