I arrived on time for my appointment and after an hour and 10 minutes a technician came out and sent me to a room to take a bladder ultrasound. I waited to see the doctor for over 20 minutes but she never showed. I left because I had another appointment. My time is as valuable as hers. It sure was very rude to leave me just waiting. I have seen Dr Maralani on multiple occasions. She is always very kind and patient. While always very busy, she never fails to take time to listen and help!
She understood spinalbifida and the affects of spinalbifida and explained things perfectly. I am grateful for her.
Discussed options going forward with my bladder condition. Dr. Maralani explained the options clearly and we agreed on a few things I can do between visits instead of an outpatient procedure. Dr. Maralani is very nice and professional, she takes her time with you.
I had a 2:00 appointment and I still had not seen the doctor at 3:00. I had another appointment at 4:00 somewhere else and had to ask to use a phone to have a family member cancel it. If the doctor was behind schedule, I would have appreciated knowing that so I could have rescheduled my appointment for another time. This isn’t the first time that this has happened.
My first visit. Dr. Maralani was compassionate, easy to talk to, explained everything including options & recommended course of action to address symptoms.
It was a very good and thorough visit.Lots of questions answered before I even asked.
