Dr. Maralani was very professional, greeted me with a warm handshake and a welcome and offered an exceptional explanation to my condition as well as options!I felt like I was treated with the care and concern of a friend! Professional and personable-top notch!
The wait time was ridiculous!! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment (like I was told) and I still didn't get brought back until 52 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Once in the room, it only took about 10 minutes for her to come in. I like her as a whole. They need to do something about the wait time though. 3 people got up and left. Said they would reschedule. She was able to let me know CT scans okay and everything was looking good.
The doctor thoroughly addressed my current condition and we discussed next steps of treatment and provided me with literature to become familiar with next steps. Scheduled next appointment for final review for pending procedure.
Her attention to listen to me and came up with a plan to get what's wrong taken care of very friendly very beautiful person
She calmed my worse fears in my time of need. She gave me hope
I like the dr but the waiting time to see her was very long. I had a 3:45 appointment time, waited over an hour to see her. I finally left the office at 5:30. Almost 2 hours later! Ridiculous amount of time.
Very caring. I feel blessed to have this Doctor
Knowledge, compassion, and common sense. My bladder injection has made my life so much easier.
