We love this place! Our rescue, Mae, has been here for staples, mange, emergency allergy shots, and a variety of stomach issues and every time the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hergen is amazing and always available for a quick phone chat with any questions we have. The exam rooms are clean, doctors use gentle hands and give plenty of treats! So glad we found this place!
Everyone at Shirlington Animal Hospital has been so kind and patient with our senior dog who has been rather crabby due to a bulging disc in his back. Dr. Carr is awesome and so caring!
I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Shirlington Animal Hospital. My boy Harvey has been there more times than I can count since I adopted him a couple of days after they opened. He's had to be poked, prodded, stitched and even put in a cone of shame for nine days. Despite all of that, he actually cried and tried running back inside to play with everyone when we just left this morning. He loves it there, which is enough for me to keep going back. I highly recommend them.
Shirlington Animal Hospital may have just saved my beloved 15-year old cat's life! He got so sick and nauseated over the weekend, and was treated and medically boarded there for nearly 3 days. He came home a happy robust guy! The staff are all so kind, empathetic and attentive -- not only to the pets, but to the distressed owners worried about their ailing babies! So glad SAHA was there for my sweet boy when he was struggling!!!
