RecommendedEveryone at Shirlington Animal Hospital is so kind and understanding, even when one's pet is not being very cooperative. They go the extra mile. The vets and technicians are very gentle and concerned.
Brought in our new puppy and felt so welcomed and reassured on our very first visit! The techs and doctors are so devoted and caring!
Took my cat there for the first time after going to another vet for years. Shirlington is closer to me. They did not give me a hard time for not having my cat's old records. I took her in because she was sick, not for a routine check so it was very short notice. When I called to schedule for the next day they asked if I could go in that same day. Brought in Georgie for tapeworms and I was so nervous since it was our first visit and the staff was so loving and so kind and patient with her.
Dr. Snelgrove and the entire team at SAH are phenomenal! We can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Snelgrove's compassion for our sweet Golden; she is respectful of some of our breeder's specific guidance and takes her time to answer all of our questions so we feel fully informed. Even after we moved nearly an hour away, we drive back to see her; there is no one we would trust more!
