10 day cancellation policy is ridiculous! We had to cancel our reservations 6 days in advance due to an accident with our fifth wheel. Person who answered the phone immediately informed me we would not receive a refund,he was very defensive about it and would not let me get two words in at a time. I was very upset about not being able to keep our reservation due to the accident, and all this guy could do was raise his voice to me and tell me that stuff happens. The campground is very well kept! Lots of grassy areas with beautiful trees. The cabin area is a nice woods. We are in our 5th wheel. The camping sites are a nice size and well shaded. Yummy ice cream available! The only issue we had is some road noise at night, but it was cool enough to have the windows open. Our dog is with us. Great place for dogs. The staff is very friendly!
