I had a very smooth experience. I shared my concerns when I arrived, and they provided a clear, upfront assessment. My car was ready within 2–3 business days as promised. The team was friendly, straightforward, and honest throughout the process, and their pricing was significantly lower than the dealer for the same services. Highly recommend.
I have no problem with first come first serve. Therefore, we arrived 40 minutes before opening and were told by the receptionist we would be the first job of the day. The business then ignored us and proceeded to start on 3 other jobs that arrived after us.
This place put me through an absolute nightmare this month. My car died on me, turns out it was my fuel pump. I had the car towed here but had to wait a WEEK just for someome to look at it. I was charged $1k to replace the pump. Paid, and left. The car reeked of gas. I had a suspicion and took a look, only to find out they broke the clip that connects the fuel pump to the line and ziptied it WITHOUT informing me. Took it back, got it fixed for free, and left.
