Professional and Excellent!!!
They went to the wrong address so I had to wait an hour and then the wanted to upcharge their initial estimate. But eventually the price came back down and they did do a good job. Thanks.
Great people. Work out good solution
They generally did good work but left some of the solar screens not screwed, in the corners! Also get clarity on the price- I found later better price! They reviewed the quote several times because when they came, they said that the windows have screens (just like any other window)!
Read your quote. The crew doing the job may not make mgmt. aware that something was not quoted and fix the error onsite.
They were on time, professional, and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work! I plan to use them again soon!
They were good
Only did part of the job and left before I could inspect. Missed the upper windows in the foyer, one of the patio doors, and a couple others. They did not finish re-installing the screens. I found 5 screens in an upstairs bedroom. They also refused to clean all of the window panes on two windows because one pane was cracked on each. I can understand not cleaning the cracked pane, but the rest of the window should have been cleaned. They were also very expensive. I got two quotes afterwards that were 1/2 the price.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, we try our best not to miss the details. After discussing with my techs they mentioned you had a sleeping baby and not to worry about replacing the screens. Broken windows are difficult to clean and could cause more damage. They took the time and discussed this with you. We take these reviews very seriously and will continue to do the best we can.
