This is the second time I have had my windows cleaned since moving in a 3 story town home near downtown. I was surprised at the process Shine took after viewing their web site! Their web site clearly shows a worker on a ladder cleaning the windows and a Squeegee running across the page as you read... THIS IS NOT TRUE! When asked the window washers after they started to clean the windows, they indicated they use only ?deionized water? and a brush to clean the windows! I should have told them to leave IMMEDIATELY! I thought price was a little high but the staff was courteous and efficient. I saw some unclean edges of a few windows after they left. I will probably use them again because they got the job done quickly.

These guys came in CLUTCH for us. We needed our windows cleaned in a huge hurry, and they accommodated us left and right. They did a phenomenal job. Friendly and professional. I will use these guys again, for sure. Highly recommended
The person that did the window cleaning was very professional and very nice; the only issue I had was the way they count the windows; I was a little confused!!
