I was led to believe that he would use some detergent to wash the home as other professionals use, and had I known that he would not do this I would have never had hired him. I am very disappointment.

Tina, I never mentioned that I would "pressure wash" your brick with a detergent. This was not required when I cleaned your home, driveway, entry walkway, and sidewalk. I am sorry you assumed that I was going to use a detergent since other companies mentioned it. I completed more work than we agreed on and included pressure washing all the flat surfaces in addition to the original job scope for no additional charge.

1st class experience. Great work, very clean, attention to detail and competitive pricing. Easy to work with and very professional. Very handy to have a single contractor power wash the entire house, drives, flagstone decking, waterfall and clean the Windows. Highly recommend them.
