Beware of this company!!! After my inquiry I was contacted by twi different sales people who told me the solar tax credit expires THIS year. It does not. It's 26% through the end of NEXT year then steps down to 22% fir two years before expiring in 2025. And that's assuming the Biden administration doesn't get their proposed extension. I was also told that the cost of electricity was going up 5.8% a year by the first salesman. And the comparison proposal I was sent assumed an astronomical rate of inflation for electricity. Very poor customer service. The assistant (*******) assigned to walk us through the process provided very limited communication and guidance. She only contacted us twice throughout the process. Shine also committed verbally and in written email to sending us a military discount incentive check and we've been waiting 2 months for them to follow through - I've sent multiple emails, texts and phone calls and so far Shine Solar is blowing me off and being non-responsive. My experience has been great with Shine Solar from start to finish. Sam was very knowledgeable and was able to answer and address all my concerns. Brandyn did a great job keeping me updated and information through the process. They worked with the POA/HOA and electric company on getting all semantics worked out. The whole process ended up being easy and quick. I definitely recommend shine solar solar due to their knowledge, making the process easy and great customer service.

Have been interested in solar for quite some time and recently had the opportunity to purchase a system from Shine Solar. The folks at Shine Solar are great and the personal interaction with all of the staff has been fantastic. My system is functioning perfectly and I can already see that I am going to save on my electric bill. Power and other utility companies have a monopoly and it is always a plus for me when I can give them a poke. I highly recommend Shine Solar to everyone I know.

Working with Shine Solar was very easy. We were kept informed and update through out the entire process. The installation crews were on time and advise us exactly what would be done and cleaned up after themselves. Afterwards, Matt walked us through the Enlighten App, so we could see the production of our solar panels. If you are considering solar panels for your home, you should speak with Shine Solar. Shine Solar has been professional and open about all of their products and services to us. The solar panel installation was performed expediently and accurately. We have recommended them to others already, and will do so in the future. We have saved between 50 and 75% on our electric bills, which was the main reason to have this service. The only other item which could be more effectively explained and marketed is the installation and use of solar storage batteries in case the grid goes down.
