We had been thinking about going solar for several years. Our former home wasn't a candidate - too many trees close to the house (small lot). But, our current house is perfect for solar. We started producing electricity as soon as the panels were turned on. As part of our package they increased the amount of insulation in our attic. No other solar company included that feature. Aren't seeing any change in our electric bill yet but, it's to be expected since we are on a level pay...
Shine Solar's product and customer service have been great! The installation was so professional and timely. Office staff were kind and helpful. Even when we had a few hiccups (not related to Shine Solar) they were very generous. I would recommend Shine Solar to my family and friends. Amy
I had them install our solar system. I never had an issue with them at all. If I had a question, they got back to me quickly. My only hold up was with my utility company and the state working with them, but I cannot hold that against them. I am definitely satisfied with their company and will recommend them to anyone.
I started my Shine Solar journey by getting a free estimate. My husband and I decided it was right for us. He does not like doing business so I was the one that handled the decision.
