I was constantly pleased with their performance during the process. They did not oversell the system and the result is a system that meets the specs promised. Customer service is excellent and I feel confident in the long term success of Shine Solar and that they will be there when I need them.

I have been with shine solar out of Rogers, AR now for at least 2 years. For the first few months I saw savings and then not sure what happened I started paying over $100 a month. When I was being sold thus product I was told I would see $0 or $20 a month bills. I can count on one hand how many times that has happened. Last month I paid 296 electric bill and this month 393. They were very good at communicating throughout. The whole process. They installed the panels very quickly and with good craftsmanship!
I definitely recommend Shine Solar. The whole process was easy and they helped us make our home more energy efficient. They were all very nice and helped us form a game plan that fit our needs.
initial point of contact with professional answered all my questions thoroughly. after that I was assigned my own point of contact who I could call for any questions and she got back to me regularly to let me know where they were in the timetable. only issue I've had so far is the installers did leave a couple items in the yard when they left and I'm glad I found them before the mower did.
Shine Solar made everything well on time, best experience I have had dealing with a company. Great crew and staff. Can't say enough good except Excellent!! Way to go Shine Solar.
Shine Solar has got to be the best solar company in Arkansas. They were very clear about every single step and have followed through with every promise in a punctual and concise manner. I highly recommend them!
