I and my husband were looking for an estimate from Shine Solar. My husband trusts my decision making so was not interested in participating in the meeting. However, our representative refused to meet with me. End of communication. I find it difficult to believe that you are still in business with such antiquated business practices.
Installation process was so easy, nothing for us to do except be available when Shine needed access to the interior of our house. We filed our taxes and received our tax credit as promised also received our solar powered generator as promised. Highly recommend going solar with Shine Solar!
We just turned our panels on! We could not be more pleased that we went with Shine Solar. The communication and walking us through the process a step a time was top notch. They were never late for an appt, always professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We had no problems getting our permits from the city & PSO and turned up and running. I would highly recommend Shine

Shine kept us apprised of the installation schedule and completed all work on time. Their work was approved by the city of Norman inspector. The installation crew worked quickly and cleaned up their work site. The system is working fine.
We are three weeks into our new Shine Solar installation. The process has been an outstanding experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and professional. We purchased an 8.51kW Vsun Solar Panel system. Heather, our coordinator, and staff took care of everything. They got all the required permits, scheduling installation and after-installation inspections. Our team was helpful every step of the way. When we had issues with our solar company completing the final step they were on top of it to find out what was missing and how they could help. Great service.
