Went to Shine Express Carwash as I have so many times in the past, but on today as I went through the wash tunnel I heard and felt a thump I was looking down at my phone. Startled I looked up didn't no what it was. I proceeded with car wash process. Got to wear I was cleaning my windows and noticed hair line crack. I went to the attendant who with a ( sure smirk on her face) referred me to on call manager Jose. Poor Service and communication wouldn’t recommend. They play hide and seek with services. If you want your car vacuumed YOU must ask about it they don’t tell you it’s not included in a $15.00 carwash.
Went to this place and got the worst detail I have ever had. They said they cleaned the engine but it had dirt everywhere. Under fender wells still had dirt everywhere. Will not be going here again
- Didn’t do a very great job at getting our car clean - we had to go through twice and it still looks dirty. - The girl that was supposed to dry off our car did a half-ass job and looked like she’d rather poke her own eyes than put any effort into her job. She also gave us a stank face when we motioned to her wipe the windshield that she completely neglected. - We now have new scratches all down one side of our car that weren’t there before. So all in all, a pretty sucky car wash 🤦🏼♀️
Been through multiple times and every time I get the elite wash. And always find multiple spots missed. I feel there needs to be more effort and care or more QA involved to make the cost worth the level of cleanliness received at the elite level.
