Seriously thee best Dental Office in the area! I live in Chula Vista and gladly drive up to Poway for dental services. From the front desk to the Hygienist to the Dentist himself, they're very knowledgeable and kind, very attentive and caring. I feel safe and calm and every visit is almost pain-free.
Dr Shina is the best dentist I'd ever known. Superb attention to detail and quality. Dr Shina is the trusted dentist for my family for the last 10 years. Excellent staff and assistants. Dr Shina spends the quality time and works with me for my dental needs. Dr Shina and his staff are exceptional! Me and my family have found them to be very attentive, friendly and prompt. We are sad to have to leave, but would highly recommend them to anyone.
Need a tip top dentist? He is by far the best I've EVER been to! I always hated dentists, hate the noise, the smell, the pain.... Im Never in pain, always excited to go and he is seriously phenomenal! He is worth my drive to Poway! No question! I am seriously overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude for this dentist! I am now currently working on getting invisalign.........can't wait!
As a dentist, Dr. Shina is skilled and professional, but we were overall very dissatisfied by his customer service and his office's poor knowledge of insurance coverage. Very short-sighted way of doing business. The main receptionist/office manager comes off as rude, cold, and condescending.
I have hated dentists all of my life, but I love Dr. Shina. He is gentle and caring and his office is warm and friendly. He has enabled me to manage my gum disease, sucessfully treated an absess so that I didn't need a root canal, and also did an implant which was completely successful. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I have had my regular cleanings, x-rays and check-ups every 6 months for the last 7 years. I've also had an implant done. His staff is always professional, personable, helpful and accomodating. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shina and his staff.
I am a high anxiety dental patient with very sensitive teeth. I have recently had several crowns with a minimized stress level due to Dr. Rani's style. He is gentle, patient and understanding.
