The Hakata ramen
Came in with high expectation but I'm a little bit disappointed with the broth:(
I learned what is real ramen in here...
My absolute favorite ramen! You can choose the firmness of the noodle and choose your toppings--flavored eggs, kimchi, spinach, garlic--to be added as you like. Nom nom!
It's not really that special. Not a big fan of the thin noodles.
The toppings menu is pretty mind boggling - hit up the extra Chashu (pork), chilli butter bomb and a poached egg. Job done. 🏽
Always so many ppl waiting on line…
I've tried other ramen joints, and nothing beats Shin-Sen-Gumi. It is a little bit of a wait to be seated, but it's 100% worth it! The service is excellent as is the Hakata ramen!
