The ramen is highly customizable - you need to get the add ons to make it awesome. Also, a secret is to ask for your noodles to be "barikata" (extra hard, don't mark anything on the noodle firmness)
The half portion is a great option. OK otherwise, nothing mindblowing

Loved the vibe, the stuff was very attentive and efficient. Great ramen with tons of toppings that come on the side. Tried fried pig 👂, and chicken cartridges! Love that you can order a half portion.
I very much appreciate and the service was fast and excellent. I ordered pork ramen, fried onion, and the flavored egg and it was good.

The staff is friendly, and welcomes everyone with a greeting! I think it's a greeting, but they could be saying, "Hey look at this loser! He's gonna need help reading the menu."
It's always a very long wait so we put our names down, had a beer at Angel City Brewery and came back just in time. You can order hakata ramen with toppings of your choice.
