The sushi was very good. Best Vegas Roll I've ever had. Beef carpaccio and the grilled snapper were fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

The service was phenomenal and the food even more amazing! Every serving (from appetizer to entree) exceeded our expectations. The dumplings were the best we've ever had, as was the Miso soup!

Hands down best sushi in town! Been there several times and never disappointed. Always impressed. Everything on the menu is very premium quality. I'll describe the chefs at shimogamo as artists. They put a lot of love into the food for it to taste and look so good. staff is very friendly and polite. The owner it seems is hardworking and a very good person. Has kept this place exclusive and no compromise on quality. 2 thumbs up
